Purple Blue Velvet Dress Orite Vintage Rhinestone Plunging V Neck Long Sleeve

used ladies clothes. This is a blue or purple velvet Orite dress. It unfortunately has some staining or miscoloring! it is a vintage piece with rhinestones along the neck. the tag says size 13 / 14. It is othewise in decent condition but I dont know if the staining can be cleaned at the dry cleaners.
