Purple Dress / Tunic with Silver Embroidery

This blue-purple piece works great as a dress (especially paired with a belt) or as a long tunic (it comes down to knee level on me and I'm 5'4", but its taller previous owner always wore it with trousers). It's in good condition and appears to be handmade, with most of the inside seams unfinished and no tags. Pit-to-pit: 20 3/4" Waist (measured flat): 18 1/2"
