Brand new without tags (it came shipped in a bag with no tags attached). Purple polka dot halter dress from Sara USA, size 2XL. 90% cotton, 10% spandex. Stretchy panel at the back for a perfect fit. Ties behind the neck. In the first photo on the mannequin, the dress is clipped back for display purposes (as the mannequin is size small).
