Hi Colleen,
I assume you are new to Poshmark so I wanted to offer my welcome.
I also see that you have a very ‘hot’ item for sale, a Prada purse.
If I may suggest how to make that sale - retake the picture, take several photos from several angles featuring the logo, hardware, handles, and the inside of the purse. If there are any flaws, mention them and take a picture of them, otherwise the buyer will return the bag.
