One (1) Pyrex Round Casserole Dish #475 with Lid #475-C, 2.5 qt. This pattern is commonly known as "Terra" Light brown/tan stripes on a dark brown background in a matte finish. This pattern was not produced to have a shiny finish. The pattern is also referred to as "Brown Lines", "Terra Cotta", "Brown Terra", and "Earth". This pattern was designed by Bill Curtis. This pattern was manufactured with a matte finish as opposed to the shiny finish of most other Pyrex products. PRODUCED - 1965 This pattern was only produced for one year due to its high production costs. MODEL NUMBER - 475 & 475-C CAPACITY - 2.5 quarts DIMENSIONS - Approximately 8.5" Diameter, 10.75" Wide at Handles, 4" Tall without Lid, 4.25" Tall with Lid CONDITION - Very Good Used Condition Graphics are crisp with no fading. Original matte finish (this pattern was not produced with a shiny finish). Some scratches, scuffs, and baked on residue as seen in photos - typical for a piece with a matte finish of this age. Some signs of use, wear, and age.
