lornaernstshops @shelley_lalonde Hi there! The skirt is a high-low design so its 22.5" at the shortest in the front. The length at the back is 34.5" The waist is elastic so it could be a s big as 19" measured flat when stretched or you can make it as small as 9" if you pull the drawstring tight.
