There is a bit of wear on the bottom left front by the hem drawcord. There is some general light staining from skin oils on the front windproof flap and on the pockets near the zipper pulls. There is also some marking on the seams under the arms and along the sides from arm rubbing, and a few marks on the left shoulder from a purse strap. Other than this, coat is perfect. Super warm! I'm only selling because I gained weight, unfortunately. I love this coat!
