QUILTED Mackage Jacket Large DAMAGED ZIPPER

PLEASE NOTE: The zipper on this jacket does have issues functioning. It has two zippers and the one at the top struggles to move, causing it to be stuck zipped up for the most part. I just dont know how to fix this and dont want to try fiddling with it. This is a 1200$ jacket, and I am factoring this into the price.
