Quality American Apparel black modern short length petticoat / ruffle tutu skirt that was made in downtown L.A. - One Size (O/S). Elastic and stretchy, should fit sizes small to extra large, depending if you wear it lower on your hips or higher at your waist. Discontinued petticoat skirt, that can be worn underwear skirts and dresses to add volume for a vintage-inspired silhouette, or can be worn on its own. Modern shorter length. This petticoat skirt is reversible; wearing it with the ruffles out adds more volume than wearing it with the ruffles facing in. Fun to twirl and dance around it. I included 1 photo from American Apparel of the skirt in another colour to show how it looks on (ruffle side out) and 2 photos of when I worn it, once as a skirt on its own and once under my dress as a petticoat.
