Québec City Framed Art Prints- Set of 2

"Québec" and "Château Frontenac" by famed Canadian artist Inge Claussen. Part of the Contemporary Canadian Art Cards series. Circa early 90s. Width: 14.25" Height: 11.25" Please note: -both of the mattings have an outline of a discoloration around both pictures (see last pic). I don't know if it's a discoloration or just that the matte has been pressed up against the glass for too long and just needs some air/to be pulled away from it.
