She was a well known and respected art teacher, and after studying ceramics in the 60s moved to starting her own business in the 1970s, starting off in her garden shed, before the ordered started to pour in and she moved main production to her house in Godalming, Surry, England.
Her works were commissioned by high retailers such as Harrods and Liberties.
In the Queen’s Sliver Jubilee Year, 1977, she sold commemorative wares such as this top tier department stores such as Liberty and Harrods, so they were always recognized as top tier items.
