Quilted Handmade Maxi Skirt-Small/Medium

Like new condition; no holes, rips, or stains. No tags so I am not sure of the material but it is probably synthetic. Likely handmade. A-line. Side zipper and snap fastening. I am a size Medium/6/28 and it fits nicely hig-waisted (full bellybutton coverage). If you a Small, it will fit more low-slung. Waist around: 75cm (at my best measurement pinning tape measure around) Hips across: About 55cm Length: 98cm. Je parle français :)
