Quo Mini Waver

BNIB - bought on a whim and decided afterwards I wouldn’t use it. Shoppers refuses to return because it wasn’t “sealed”. None of these boxes are sealed in store. Box has a little water damage due to sitting in some snow for a minute in my car, but otherwise in good condition.
