Apologies for my delay, the approximate measurements with the jeans laid flat are as follows: the waist is ~12.5 inches; the hips are ~19-20 inches; the in-seam is ~29.5-30 inches; the pant leg opening is ~9.25 inches; and the full length of the pant is ~44.5 inches. I’ve also included pictures for your reference.
