RARE ANTIQUE VINTAGE HAK Denmark 🇩🇰 pottery ‘Marguerit’ or Margueritte’ pattern creamer and sugar Kähler Keramikværksted was founded in 1839, a workshop for many great Danish artists. All the pottery is signed ‘HAK’ after the son of the founder Hermann August Kähler, who took over the factory in 1875. This is when the factory became most well known for its beautiful craftsmanship. All the designs are handmade and hand painted, no two pieces are the same. Creamer jug 4 1/4” spout to handle, 1 3/4” tall Open sugar bowl 6 1/2” handle to handle, 1 5/8” tall Creamer is in very good condition with only a flea bite and teeny tiny nicks near the spout, as shown. There is a glaze flaw, a small dark spot with yellowing, underneath the glaze. Not felt when a finger nail moves over it. The open sugar has extensive glaze chipping around the rim, as shown. Extremely rare to find pieces of this pattern, and in good condition. More pieces from this pattern are available separately. Bundling is available. Smoke free, cat friendly home.
