RARE Bear Embroidered Taoshi Bear Denim Jean Shorts Size XXS/XS

Perfect condition. I believe they're 81% cotton but cant confirm from the label - see photo. No stretch. I thought they would fit me from the waist measurement but I couldn't even get them over my hips (my hips are 36" total and these are 35") so I really think these are an XXS. See photos for measurements. No one else will ever have these shorts, right, so I mean you should get them, right?
