Never used, in original packaging, Rare Blue version of Precious Moments "age 16" Figurine. Precious Moments girl all grown up holding a bouquet of flowers with the number 16 on a heart affixed to the base figurine. Each piece is made of porcelain bisque, which is hand sculpted and hand painted.
