RARE Diesel velvet floral skirt boho

Asymmetrical fly with a strap and snap button close, unlined, excellent like new condition, I bought it new and never wore it as just a bit too small for me. I’ve washed it and hung to dry. See photos for fabric condition, I’m not seeing wear on it from age or the one wash. Waist laid flat is 16 inches, 24.5 inches long. Has kind of a mermaid shape to it as more fitted up top then flares out.
