Brand: Windsor Dress Label: ILGWU Union-Made in Canada Details: Rare, late 1960s-early 1970s. Sleeveless, drop-waist (which is trending now), with a matching tie, mock turtleneck, and zip-up back. It features an eclectic pattern and a pleated skirt. Such a gem! Condition: Excellent Composition: unknown Colour: off-white with a pattern of navy, orange/salmon, and yellow/gold
