RARE VINTAGE 1940s Coro Craft STERLING Duette Heavenly Swallows Pin/Fur Clips ✨ Iconic Coro Craft Sterling Duette Needs Restoration/Sold AS-IS ✨ This is an extremely desirable and classic Coro Craft "Heavenly Swallows" Duette, a figural piece designed by Adolph Katz from the WWII era (c. 1944). This collectible item is marked STERLING (with gold wash/vermeil) and can be worn as one brooch on the frame or separated into two individual fur clips/dress clips. A MUST-HAVE for the vintage jewelry collector who loves restoration projects or appreciates historic pieces with natural patina and wear. -- VITAL CONDITION NOTES: PLEASE READ AND VIEW ALL PHOTOS --- This Duette is an antique and is sold in AS-IS VINTAGE CONDITION. Its price reflects the noted wear: The larger swallow clip has noticeable discoloration and darkening (known as "foiling' or 'dead stones') on many of its pave-set clear rhinestones. The smaller bird's stones are brighter. The Duette frame's roll-over safety clasp is missing the small securing piece. The pin still inserts and locks into place, but the roll-over safety mechanism is incomplete. Marked STERLING and CORO-CRAFT.
