RARE Vintage 1960s Nordmende Transita Automatic radio made in West Germany

Vintage Nordmende Transita Automatic radio. Built it approximately 1964/65 in West Germany. Wrapped in red leather with chrome details, this radio is a gorgeous piece to display and enjoy. Body is in phenomenal condition for it's age. Writing has worn off around the volume knob. Antenna is intact. Radio turns on and gets a few FM stations. It would definitely benefit from a clean and tune up. Has a power supply included, but also has a battery compartment. Note: it has not been tested running on batteries. This is a rare radio.
