RARE Vintage Buckle Black Enamel Goldtone Hinged Cuff Bracelet

Downsizing my Mother's costume jewelry collection. Stunning bracelet made with black enamel and clear rhinestones outside and gold metallic inside. Simple yet elegant. Excellent vintage condition. Shows little to no signs of wear. No missing stones. Some tarnish spot on inside - please see photos. Might require light cleaning/polishing. Due to the unique nature of vintage items, they are being sold as is. Please keep in mind that most antique and vintage items will show wear and imperfections consistent with their age and use. Note : I don't clean vintage jewelry before I sell it. The cleaning is up to the buyer as every collector has their own method. Don't want to devalue it, if something goes wrong.
