Vintage Lip Service SHORT Wrap Kilt in black, lime green and grey. Honestly this is my favorite kilt colour combination they made! With velcro closure and buckles. SIZE Large, but fits small. In great vintage condition with only light pilling.

@taimafortin Hello! Of course. I've just measured and laying flat the waist measures 16" across. It has no stretch.
