24” high waist so best for 23-24! 10.5” rise 26” inseam no stretch from early to mid 90 or 80s! took all photos I could but can possibly measure hip/thigh excellent vtg condition wash is like medium blue with an indigo hue. I would suggest handwash or low temp machine possibly!
