I purchased this harness when I first brought my new Shih Tzu pup home, he was 4 lbs, and grew so fast that he didn’t wear it for too long.
As it states on the info card, it should fit a dog between the sizes of 4-8 lbs, tiny breeds like Chihuahuas, Yorkies etc.

@a_kuschnerait do you mean the beaded heart? No, my daughter beaded that for me by hand, I would never sell it, let alone give it away. Sorry.
As far as discounted shipping, that just takes a bigger bite out of my profit. I paid $40 for the harness my pup wore it a few times and it’s like new. My apologies, but I think $15 is fair. I may go as low as $13 even $12. I think people get hung up on the shipping, you’re paying for a service that actually would cost much more in the real world.
