Fully lined. 92% Polyester 8% Spandex GUC - Only worn once but has some pulling of the fabric in the back (see photos). Could easily be pushed through to the inside or cut off and sealed with clear nail polish etc. and damage would not be noticeable. Price reflects this flaw.
