(READ DESCRIPTION) Handpainted Women's Shirt

I bought this in a tourist shop in PEI years ago and never wore, or washed. I think the paint is oil paint which I don't believe would be safe to be worn on clothing, this is meant as a decorative item only. There are small brown marks on the shirt mostly on the back which you can see in the last few pics.
