They are very small, I have a 24" waist and they are perfect, please measure yourself to make sure!!! I have pictures of the tags I can send if you want proof ☺️☺️ they have a very slight flare at the bottom, I think it is cute, but it could always be taken in :) The tag is worn on the back, I think it just adds to the vintage look lol .
