Pelican Cove Spaghetti Strap RED Dress with Feather Trimming. Size XS? There are no size tags but a very small dress. Believe that was the size I bought back in the day 🫨 There are a few marks that I pointed out in pics, and the feather trimming on one end has come undone. (easily sewn) I'm not sure of the material of the dress. Hopefully, some pics help. See pics for size measurements and condition
