RED TIE UP summer dress

Love this dress! Has a perfect mix of a tie up front, shirred back, and buttons that makes the best fit for a summer dress. Size M but it can fit me and I’m more of a L. Love this dress and the only reason I’m selling is cause the top tie up part is too small. I suggest that it’s best suited for someone who is a C or smaller
