@gabrielleveille Hi, thank you for your input! This dress is made from 2 separate ready to wear Pennington pieces as started in the description (a top and shorts) that she refashioned into one dress! Penningtons does not sell this dress, but she kept the tags on to show the material and where the pieces originated from. However, we will reconsider our wording!
