REITMANS Signature Cropped Knit Top w/ Cute Sleeves

Chic knit sweater with a textured pattern. Ideal for layering. I can't say what the fabric is as it's been cut out. But it's got texture to it and an almost knit look. Very hard to explain as I've never come across this type before. It has matt black buttons on the shoulder. It has wider sleeves with a wide cuff on it. It doesn't do up it's just a cuff which when on puffs the sleeves a tad at the bottom. PTP is 21" laying flat and can stretch to 22" for sure. Length is 21" so it probably would sit at the top of the hips depending on how tall your torso is.
