REITMANS multicolour chiffon fully lined midi skirt with stretchable waist

This flowing skirt features an abstract pattern in many shades including teal, purple, spring green and gray. Its full underskirt is black Size 7 on the label (which says vintage to me). I have classified it as small but please check the measurements below. I washed it on delicate and hung to dry. 100% polyester Elasticated waistband stretches from 13.25 inches to max 18 inches Hips (4 inches from waistband): 17.5 inches Waist to hem 22 inches at front, 23 at back (All measurements laid flat) This item came to me from the Closet That Time Forgot. There is one small flaw on the back of the skirt where the material has come away from the waistband, circled in yellow. The price has been adjusted accordingly.
