(It certainly did for me. 🥰) Hailing from the brand Revamped, this stylish pencil skirt is made from light to light-medium weight polyester spandex blend fabric that has a fair bit of stretch. Though not quite as thick as many "scuba" material skirts, the general feel of the fabric here is similar to said "scuba fabric".
