There is a touch of stretch to the outer (shell) layer of the blazer but not to the inner lining. Highlights include good-sized hook and eye closures down the front (these are the garment's only fasteners), long sleeves, classic tailoring, and gorgeous black semi-sheer ruffles made from pleated ribbon around the collar and down the bodice.
