Fabulously chic and timelessly stylish, this awesome contemporary vintage herringbone pencil skirt is an absolute charmer! Likely dating to the late 1990s or early 2000s, this sophisticated black and grey skirt features a somewhat stretchy blend of rayon + nylon + spandex (note that the body of the skirt is somewhat stretchier than the degree of stretch present in the waistband).
