RIHOAS the lapelle belted mini dress NWOT

breezy lightweight summer dress from RIHOAS Never worn, the flutter sleeve look just doesn't suit me, but it is an excellent summer dress. Not too short, does not wrinkle and the fabric is super lightweight. I would love to keep it if it better suited my body. Can be worn with our without belt ( I definitely found it nicer without)
