breezy lightweight summer dress from RIHOAS
Never worn, the flutter sleeve look just doesn't suit me, but it is an excellent summer dress. Not too short, does not wrinkle and the fabric is super lightweight. I would love to keep it if it better suited my body.
Can be worn with our without belt ( I definitely found it nicer without)

What are the armpit to armpit, waist and total lenght measurements?

@icematchahiit hello ! I would advise you to consult thier size chart. The dress fits true to size. For reference I am 5'-5", 27 " waist 125 lbs and it fits me perfectly.

Does it have a bit of stretch ? My bust is 35 inches and my waist is 28, so I am on the higher end of the measurements for a size small according to their website.
