It's a beautiful tiered dress by Ritu Kumar. She is an Indian high-end fashion designer. The dress structure has frills over the tier and frills on the hands. Has a good flow overall. Excellent used condition. Size tag indicates xs, but it fits a medium. It's from my closet, and I'm Medium usually.
