This is a collaboration between RIXO and Target that's so rare I'd never heard of it until I found this dress in the thrift store. It's a gorgeous romantic slipdress in polka dots and a front ruffle. Please note in a certain light the red ruffle looks like it's bled onto the white fabric, yet when I lift and separate the ruffles from each other, it doesn't look like that at all. I have shown both versions of the ruffle. If this is a dealbreaker, please don't buy this dress.
