Made in Canada. 65% Polyester, 45% Viscose (fabric tag is very faded so I took this from a similar skirt) Measurements: Length - 18" Waist - 16" Hips - 18" Pre-loved in very good condition. Size and fabric tag is quite faded so please refer to measurements for potential fit.
