It is a lightweight flowy style with ruffles around the top of the arm to form a flutter sleeve and the ruffles continue down the front the the waist. The dress slips over your head and does up at the back with a button, keyhold opening. The waist is elastic and has a drawstring to customize the fit. The dress is slightly sheer.
