ROXY Child/Tween Cap

This cap measures about 22 inches. There is no elastic in the Cap so the sizing is firm. The material has a unique quality that makes it look almost iridescent. The cap has light blue stripes on it. The hat pin is a nice touch! I do not ship items under $20 so please bundle.
