Hey, is this true-to-size (around 24” across the chest)?

@bpowerpower sorry for the delay. Yes it’s 24.5” across the chest and 28” from top of collar to bottom.
The colour is more vibrant than the photos do justice. Great piece and well maintained it just doesn’t fit me any more 😕
