RUBY ROX Polka Dot Floral Strapless Dress

PERFECT summer dress! Maybe for a garden party? It has beautiful details and is in excellent condition. Only worn once. Thread loops on waist for red tie. The bottom half of the dress has an attached slip with crinoline at the bottom to give the dress more body and A-line shape. Zipper in back. No material tag but material has some stretch and appears to be mostly cotton.
