Fabric is a smooth slightly reflective nylon. Has underarm eyelets for ventilation. Retractable hood can fit inside a zippered compartment. Length is around mid-thigh. "Gender" of item appears unknown. I think it's a unisex item. Condition is excellent, NWOT.
