RW & CO sleek stretchy pull-up black skirt, nicely stitched vertical lines in front give even a more tapering lengthening pencil look. Stretchy waistband as well. Measures approx 34.5-35 inch waistband measured flat one side as per pic. Length from center waistband to hem is approx 20.5 inches. Good weight of fabric, not see-thru in any way. Has been worn a few times but still in good condition.
