Now this is one dress that I wish I can still fit in- it is absolutely adorable on! In excellent condition. Armpit to armpit: 13” Armpit to hem: 28” Waist (laid down): 11” There is a bit of stretch in the top portion (shown in picture) Size: 2 Brand: RW&CO There is lining inside the dress that is attached at the bottom of the dress (see picture)- hence why I call is the “bubble” dress. It’s very comfortable and you can tie the ribbon belt as you wish- to the side, at the front or the back- or not use it at all if you don’t want to.
