RS & Co black cocktail dress in size 00 or XS. Can be worn with thin removable straps, or worn strapless. Style is fitted at bodice and flares to a full knee length skirt. Beautiful mesh detail on the front running from top to bottom. Flattering stitching detail at waist. Dress is in perfect conditon. No flaws. Dress is 97% cotton and 3% spandex for a little bit of stretch. Very dressy, and very classy. The perfect little black dress. Great for Prom and Wedding season! I believe this to be vintage.
