RW & Co. Strapless Blue Dress (Removable Straps & Belt)

RW & Co. blue dress with removable straps and belt. Size 8. Shell 100% polyester. Lining 97% polyester, 3% spandex. Side zipper. Worn once. Good condition. One small pulled thread next to belt loop on front of dress. Would be covered if belt was worn. See photos. Can be worn as a strapless dress, with/without the belt. Straps never used, still new in the plastic bag. There’s a gummy/sticky portion at top of dress to help dress stay up if worn as strapless. Please message for measurements.
