Brand new without tag. Mom purchased these for me. As a gift. I took the tag off before actually trying them on. I’m 5’4 and they are perfect length for me. They just aren’t my style. Haven’t reached for them once. Better for someone else to wear them and make use of them, instead of them hanging in my closet.
